Understanding Your Subscription and Billing
PixelSport TV offers flexible subscription plans designed for every sports fan. Here’s everything you need to know about our plans, billing cycles, and how to manage your subscription:
Choose the plan that works best for you:
30-Day Plan: $15 for unlimited access to live sports streaming.
90-Day Plan: $35 for 3 months of unlimited access.
180-Day Plan: $50 for 6 months of unlimited access.
All plans include full access to NHL, NFL, MLB, and NBA games, with no restrictions on content.
Your subscription will NOT automatically renew at the end of your plan. You’ll need to manually renew it if you wish to continue.
For example, if you choose the 90-day plan, it will not renew every 90 days unless you manually renew it.
To cancel or renew your subscription:
Go to “My Account” > “Subscriptions.”
Select the subscription you want to manage.
Follow the prompts to cancel or renew.
If your payment fails, try these steps:
Check Your Payment Details: Ensure your card information is correct.
Verify Funds: Make sure your card has sufficient balance.
Contact Your Bank: Check if there are any holds or restrictions on your card.
If the issue persists, reach out to our billing support team for assistance.
