If you're experiencing streaming issues, follow these troubleshooting tips to resolve them quickly.
Buffering/Lag Issues:
- Ensure your internet connection meets our minimum speed requirement of 5 Mbps for smooth streaming.
- Close any other streaming apps or programs that may be using bandwidth.
- Try refreshing the page or restarting your device.
- Try clearing your browser cache.
- Do not use Safari or Edge browser use google chrome or Firefox for smooth streaming.
Device Compatibility: PixelSport TV is compatible with most modern devices. If you are facing issues, ensure your device is supported and running the latest operating system and browser version.
Browser & App Updates: Streaming issues may occur due to outdated software. Make sure your browser or the PixelSport TV app is up-to-date.
Internet Speed Recommendations: For optimal streaming, we recommend:
- 5 Mbps for HD quality
- 25 Mbps for 4K quality
